The first level is made for slow mornings and shared meals: a full kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a welcoming living room, and a back deck with outdoor seating and dining for breakfast outside or dinner at sunset.
Sleeping on this level includes:
● Primary bedroom: King bed + ensuite bathroom (shower) + walk-in closet + private balcony
Also on this level:
● Half bath (toilet + sink)
● Laundry room for guest use
SECOND LEVEL
Upstairs offers more space to spread out, including a second primary suite and additional bedrooms.
Sleeping on this level includes:
● Primary bedroom: King bed + ensuite bathroom (tub + shower) + walk-in closet + private balcony + coffee station
● Bedroom 3: King bed + ensuite bathroom (tub + shower)
● Bedroom 4: Bunk room with 2 bunk sets (twin-over-full, twin-over-full) + ensuite bathroom (tub + shower)
OUTDOOR SPACES
Your private backyard is made for vacation mode. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach, lounge by the pool, and gather around the fire pit when the sun goes down. There’s plenty of seating, a picnic table for outdoor meals, and a charcoal grill for cookouts.
