Welcome to Moontower. Mornings start with coffee on the covered porch and a view of the Gulf, and the beach is just a short walk across the street. Spend the day on the sand or at the community pool, then head back to a bright, open home with plenty of room to settle in and an easy dinner off the grill. Moontower is a brand-new (built 2025), 2,213 sq ft elevated beach home with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and room for up to 12 guests. Terramar Beach is right across the street.

Guests have access to the entire home, the backyard and covered porch, the driveway (parking for 4 cars), and the Terramar community pool. Please note that exterior security cameras are located at the top of the outside stairs and at the front of the home facing the driveway.
Moontower sits in the quiet Terramar Beach neighborhood on Galveston’s West End, with Terramar Beach right across the street and access to the gated Terramar community pool. It’s a relaxed, residential stretch of the island that’s ideal for beach days, fishing and sunsets, while still being a short drive from Galveston’s top attractions.
A car is recommended. Approximate drive times from the house:
– West End Marina: 5 minutes
– Venados: 12 minutes
– Galveston Island State Park: 15 minutes
– Seawall Coffee Company: 25 minutes
– Moody Gardens: 30 minutes
– Schlitterbahn Galveston: 30 minutes
– The home is elevated: guests must climb stairs to enter, and the property is not wheelchair accessible.
– Security cameras: there are exterior cameras at the top of the outside stairs and at the front of the home facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.
– No pets allowed. Service animals are always welcome.
– The community pool is shared with other Terramar residents.
– The beach is across the street. Please supervise children near the water.
– Parking: 4 cars in the driveway; street parking in front of the home is limited.
