THE CONDO (ONE LEVEL)
Inside, you’ll find an open, easy-to-navigate layout that’s perfect for beach trips, with a private queen bedroom, built-in bunk nook just outside the bedroom, and a living room that converts to extra sleeping space at night.
Sleeping areas:
● Bedroom: Queen bed + TV with streaming
● Bunk nook: Built-in twin bunk beds (each bunk has its own built-in TV)
● Living room: Pull-out sofa bed
MAIN LIVING SPACES
The kitchen, dining, and living room are open-concept. The dining table seats 2, with 2 additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. You’ll also have a coffee bar with a Keurig (coffee provided) and a mini fridge right below.
The living room includes a TV with streaming options, extra chair seating, books under the TV, and a dedicated charging station for phones and devices.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Step out onto the balcony for water views and seating, a perfect spot for morning coffee or a wind-down after the beach. Casa Del Mar also offers an on-site community pool, plus a community grill area (first come, first serve).
