THE HOUSE
Casa De Palmas features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with lots of windows and an airy, upscale vibe. The dining table seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island. The living room has two couches and multiple seating options, plus a TV with streaming services and a cabinet stocked with board games. One of the couches is a queen pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping space.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home, and you’ll have a washer and dryer available during your stay.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The downstairs/backyard area is the star of the show, with 120 feet of canal frontage and space to enjoy the water from every angle. Enjoy a private pool (heat available) with a built-in waterfall, plus a heated spa (complimentary). Upstairs, the large deck over the canal has plenty of seating and space to eat outside, along with multiple sun loungers and a smoker/charcoal grill.
Downstairs, the patio is set up as a true hangout zone with an outdoor TV area, plenty of seating for meals and lounging, plus hammocks and swings for a shaded break between swims and canal time. There’s also a gazebo for extra covered seating when you want to cool off.
The canal is right there for launching the provided kayaks and paddle boards, and you can try your luck with the crab traps off the dock. For a little friendly competition, there’s a volleyball net in the backyard and a basketball goal out front.
Please note: the backyard is fenced, but the fence does not separately enclose the pool and canal.
