Blue Haven is a single-level home with an open kitchen, dining, and living room layout that keeps everyone connected. The living room has multiple couches and a TV with streaming services. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home, and dining is at the kitchen island with seating for 4.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Upstairs, enjoy a large patio deck with outdoor seating and canal views. Downstairs, the hangout area is set up for all-day outdoor living with plenty of seating for meals and lounging, an outdoor TV, a smoker grill, and a fire pit.
The dock and lift make it easy to bring a boat (up to 21 ft), and crab traps are available for crabbing right off the dock. Kayaks are also available on site, so you can hop on the canal right from the house. You’ll find beach essentials like sand toys and boogie boards for beach trips, plus an outdoor shower for easy rinse-offs after the sand.
For a little friendly competition, there’s also a basketball hoop outside.
