PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CONDO IS PART OF A MULTI-UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY WITH A SEPARATE $35 RESORT FEE and guest rules. You’ll need to check in at the front desk when you arrive to pay the $35 RESORT FEE and sign a guest agreement.
The $35 RESORT FEE includes covered parking for up to two vehicles and access to onsite amenities such as two pools, hot tubs, tennis court and fitness center. If you need more parking passes, you’ll need to pay $35 more for every two additional passes. Also, the RESORT FEE for stays 14 days or longer is $60 per month. Credit cards are accepted for the Resort Fee.
You may check in at the front desk anytime on the day of your arrival between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. Once you have paid your resort fee you’ll have full use of the pools and the amenities, you just won’t be able to enter the condo until your scheduled check-in time of 4:00 p.m. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
No more than a TOTAL of FIVE guests allowed, including children. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS ALLOWED (16 years or older).
