THE HOUSE
MAIN LEVEL
This spacious home comfortably fits 16 guests, making it ideal for larger families or groups. The main level is made for relaxing and spending time together. You’ll find a comfortable living room with a large sectional, a TV with streaming services, family games, plus a sliding door that opens straight to the patio on the canal side.
The kitchen has plenty of room to cook and a small island with seating for 2, with a large dining table just across the way that seats 10.
For added convenience, there’s a laundry room available for guest use.
Sleeping on this level includes:
● Queen bedroom with a private attached bathroom
● Bunk room with 3 sets of bunks (6 beds total) + foosball table
● King bedroom
A second full bathroom (toilet + shower) is located across from the bunk and king rooms.
UPSTAIRS (PRIVATE PRIMARY LEVEL)
The entire second floor is dedicated to the primary suite — a quiet retreat with a king bed, private balcony, a dedicated workspace (desk + chair), and a spa-style bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Unwind canal-side in the hot tub, swing in the dock hammocks, fish or crab right from the deck, or hop on a kayak/paddle board for a scenic cruise. The outdoor kitchenette and bar area is the perfect place to fire up the charcoal grill and mix up some tasty drinks, all while enjoying the canal views. You can even watch TV from the hot tub for the ultimate relaxing experience.

⛱ You’re right across the street from the beach at Public Beach Access 27—walk, bike, or hop in a golf cart and you’re there in minutes. Back at the house, you’re also on the canal, so launching a kayak or paddle board is as easy as stepping onto the dock.
