THE HOUSE (TWO LEVELS)
Casa Del Sol is a two-story home with an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen downstairs, so everyone can stay connected throughout the day. The living room has a TV with streaming. The dining table and kitchen island together seat up to 11–12 guests, and the kitchen is ready for home cooked meals together.

● Bedroom 1: King bed + TV with streaming + ensuite bathroom
● Bedroom 2: Double twin bunk bed
● Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds + one standalone bed + TV with streaming
● Bedroom 4: Queen bed + TV with streaming

There are four bathrooms throughout the home:
● Bathroom 1: Ensuite to Bedroom 1 — double sink, shower
● Bathroom 2: Standalone, between the laundry room and Bedroom 2 — shower/tub combo
● Bathroom 3: Standalone, near the stairs — double sink, shower/tub combo
● Bathroom 4: Standalone half bath, between Bedrooms 3 and 4
Laundry
A washer and dryer are available for guest use, located across the hall from Bedroom 2.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Head up to the top deck for some downtime on the outdoor seating.
Downstairs, fire up the charcoal grill for the post beach cookouts. The neighborhood pool is a short walk away, and the beach is just across the street — a quick golf cart ride whenever you’re ready for sun and sand.
