THE HOUSE (ONE LEVEL)
Coffee to Cocktails features an open kitchen, dining, and living room layout that keeps everyone connected. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. The dining table seats 4, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island.
The living room is set up for easy downtime with two cozy couches and a TV, perfect for movie nights or a relaxed game night after a day on the island.
On-site laundry is available for guest use.

Downstairs, the patio has additional seating, a boat lift, and an outdoor shower for easy rinse-offs after beach days or time on the canal.
