Welcome to Junebug by the Sea, a single-level island home designed for relaxed group stays and plenty of time outside. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and space for up to 8 guests, you’ll have a comfortable open layout for meals and movie nights, plus a downstairs patio setup with a hot tub, TV, and games for winding down after a day on the West End. Located in Palm Beach neighborhood, you’ll have beach access just a quick walk down the street. Start your morning with coffee on the deck, spend the afternoon exploring the island, then come home for grill time, a soak in the hot tub, and a round of darts before settling in for the night.

THE HOUSE (ONE LEVEL)
Junebug by the Sea features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room layout that keeps everyone connected throughout the day. The living room has a large comfy couch, perfect for movie nights after a day out. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home.
Just behind the kitchen, you’ll find a full laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use.
Sleeping arrangements
● Primary bedroom: King bed + ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower + double sink)
● Guest bedroom: Queen bed + ensuite bathroom (shower)
● Guest bedroom: Queen bed + ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo)
Note: The shower/tub bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The deck is a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or some evening coastal air. Downstairs, the patio is set up for laid-back nights with a hot tub, a grill for cookouts, a dartboard, an outdoor TV, and plenty of seating for lounging.
