Please note :
The bunk beds have a weight capacity of 200 pounds for the middle and top bunks. There is also an age minimum of 6 years old for the top bunk. And please no jumping or rough housing on the bunk beds.
Up to 5 cars may park in the driveway – street parking is not allowed. No pets permitted.
